Jared Leto has been cast to play late art icon Andy Warhol in a biopic. But first – he’s working on the sequel to Blade Runner – that one has a cast including Ryan Gosling, and Robin Wright – Harrison Ford is also part of the cast and will be reprising his robot hunter character Rick Deckard from the 1982 original, Plot details are mostly under wraps. Blade Runner 2 is slated for an October, 2017 release.
On being called a “great female comic” Roseanne says she’s angry about that – doesn’t wanna be called a female comic – “That’s just another way to put us all in a ghetto, and I don’t like it…“I’m funnier than most of the men. Everyone can go in there if they want to, but I will hold my own against anybody — male or female — and I think I’ll prove that onstage.” She’ll be the headliner at the JFL42 comedy festival at the Sony Centre in Toronto on Friday. And on Canadians – “I do think they’re a little bit more well-read in Canada. They read more than we do down here,” she said. “Here, people get their news from one or two television channels.
