A labour arbitrator has ruled that an Air Canada Centre employee who was fired 10 months ago for stealing pop has to be reinstated.
Arbitrator Norm Jesin determined that the employee’s lost wages were enough of a punishment.
Ricky Gonzales, who was responsible for stocking food and drinks, did not deny the accusation of theft, according to a report in the Globe and Mail.
