SIMCOE MUSKOKA – It’s all about hearts and valentines in February and it’s also your time to commit to quit smoking.
To help you get started with your quit plan, sign up for a free three-hour STOP smoking workshop and end your tobacco trade off.
You’ll learn more about the effect of nicotine on the brain and how to overcome the cravings in the early days of quitting as well as free nicotine replacement patches and instruction on how to use them correctly.

- Midland Feb. 13, 12:30 – 3:30 p.m.
- Alliston Feb. 16, 1:30 – 4:30 p.m.
- Wasaga Beach Feb. 22, 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
