Now when the viability is low like this you actually feel you don’t know whats ahead of you.. sometimes until its too late ! Well that’s what criminals are banking on in certain countries.
I was told by a friend that in his country in the Caribbean, when its incredibly foggy or thunder storming, this happens in areas where the high way is not barricaded and can be accessed easily by foot. Thieves go onto the road and place HUGE cinder blocks and rocks on the road and then hide in the bushy areas.
This means the unsuspecting traffic who already have reduced vision but still are moving at a quick speed cannot stop in time until its to late, and the cars hit these blocks.
This forces the victim to pull over and BAM , the next person you meet isn’t the one trying to help you but make your day even worse.
Just when you think you have heard it all, your mind is blown again.Thank goodness we are in Canada but still drive with a bit of caution to avoid any debris on the road ..busted tires, road kill etc..!
